Fred Buller was our general contractor on our recent remodel. We added 1200 sq. ft. to our 1968 1400 sq ft house. It now looks amazing! We added space out and up onto our one story house. We added a kitchen/dining area/family room on the first floor and a bonus room, bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. His subs have worked with him for years and were generally great. He sent us to great people for advice on counters, floors, tile and carpeting. We had put in real hard wood floors and quartz countertops in the kitchen.

A friend had had a house built by Fred about 9 years ago and still occasionally would call Fred for advice on items in his house. I thought it was amazing that a person would still have a relationship with their builder after so many years, so I called him to ask for a bid on our project. Fred was one of three bidders and his quote was in the middle. We thought he took greater care with his quote and we were most confident that he would come close to his bid. Fred was very easy to work with. He is easy going and takes everything you say very seriously.
